We aim to provide a detailed description of all our products and take care to keep the website as up to date as possible, we reserve the right to make changes to the descriptions, delivery or prices at any time.

On the very rare occasions where stock quantity, price or delivery charges may be wrong when an order has been placed then we will notify you. In the event we need to cancel your order then we reserve the right to cancel and send a full refund.

Most of our products are handmade by us and therefore each one will be unique and differ ever so slightly to the items shown in the photograph.

All our products are made out of steel, steel will naturally rust in the outdoor environment. The majority of our products will be sent out pre-rusted or starting to rust. 

We accept payment by credit/debit card via Wix payment services.

We do not hold credit or debit card details. Your payment details are dealt with directly by our card processing partners Wix.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
